Signut: Word Factory was developed by hearing creators as a student project inspired by Singapore Sign Language (SGSL).
The signs featured in the game are based on references from publicly available SGSL materials.

Please note that the Nutlog, our in-game encyclopedia, is not an official SGSL dictionary and does not aim to represent one.
The signs shown in the game are not meant to define what is “correct” or “incorrect”, but simply reflect signs already used and shared within the community.

We also received guidance and feedback from an individual familiar with SGSL to help ensure our representations are respectful and as accurate as possible.

Our intention is to raise awareness of sign language through a fun, creative experience. 🤍
